SECTION 1: PURCHASE CONDITIONS / AGREEMENTS:

Season Passes valid for General Farm Admission April through September on days and times the farm is open for public visits (check our website www.ButterfieldAcres.com) or call our Info Line at 403-547-3595.

Season Pass may not be used for admission fees with any organized privately booked group, special event or ticketed event.

There must be at least 1 Adult for every 3 Children.

Season Pass holders agree to abide by the Farm Health & Safety Rules at all times, and to review Farm Health & Safety Rules each visit.

Season Passes give you general admission to the farm. They do not include the following which can be purchased upon arrival: Pony Rides, Tractor Rides, Chop 'n Cones.

Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable (other than the NANNY pass, see details above).

I/We agree that any photos taken by Butterfield Acres Inc. employees and/or agents may be used for promotional purposes providing no names are used.

Season Passes are made available at the sole discretion of Butterfield Acres; Season Pass orders may be declined at the sole discretion of Butterfield Acres.<

SECTION 2: FARM HEALTH & SAFETY RULES:

Butterfield Acres strives to make the Farm a safe and happy place for both our visitors and animals. Please discuss these Health and Safety Rules with your children prior to using the facilities each time you visit.
HAVE FUN... safely and wisely.

CHILDREN MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES... Within arm's reach for their safety and for the animal's safety too.

IMPORTANT: There are some diseases which can possibly be transferred between humans and animals. To minimize this risk we ask that:

   a) NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE TAKEN INTO ANIMAL AREAS. Please stow away soothers,
   baby bottles, sippy cups, toys etc. while in animal areas.

   b) HAND WASHING...frequent and proper hand washing is important....an absolute must
   before eating and before heading for home.

   The HAND WASHING STATION is located centrally, at rear of the Chick House.

MOVE SLOWLY and quietly with the animals. This is their home.

ANIMALS CAN NIBBLE or even bite.... Keep hands away from their mouths.

DO NOT CLIMB on fences or on stacked hay or straw. Legs can get caught, bales can fall.

CLOSE GATES behind you.
The farmer's rule is: if you find a gate closed, leave it closed after you've gone through! This is especially tricky with so many animals and so many visitors.
We really appreciate your help with this!

LITTER KILLS ANIMALS...
Please use garbage and recycling bins found throughout the farm.

FEED ONLY FOOD PROVIDED: Chop 'n Cones are available from little barn in front of Admissions (Gobbles 'n Gulps).

NO SMOKING on the farm except in your vehicle.
Please keep butts in your ashtray... they can poison the animals.

NO PEANUT OR PEANUT PRODUCTS please...
There are an increasing number of children dealing with this serious health issue. We run PEANUT FREE Day Camp Programs during the summer, and many schools visit with children who have this allergy. Let's all work towards making life easier for these kids and their parents.
