PARTY OPTIONS for our MAIN SEASON April thru September (exclusive of Festivals)
This form helps organize details for your next party here at Butterfield Acres! You will find basic information shown as this form walks you through all your options. We look forward to having you and your guests join our FARM-ily for the day and have many wonderful experiences with these amazing farm animals!

ADMISSION: Parties pay general admission upon arrival. Arrangements can be made ahead of time to prepay (you'll give us an ATTENDEE LIST to make things easy for you at Admissions). There is a 10% discount on admissions for groups of 20 or more folks paid in one transaction. Large parties will be better served with submitting their guest list 2 days prior to your event and pre-paying at that time. This allows for planning considerations.
No Refunds.

FOOD/DRINK: You may bring in your own food and drink (if using a caterer, they must be self contained). You need to leave your picnic area clean and tidy for the next group (like camping: pack it in, pack it out).

**Cancellation Policy: Party Options are non-refundable. If the weather is inclement at the time of booking, you may rebook your additions to another day at no charge, or you may take your additions fees in an equivalent value of Day Passes to Butterfield Acres.
We suggest that guests be advised to dress for the weather ...gives you as host a little cushion to work with!
