HAND WASHING is important!

Alberta Health requires that there be hand washing right at the exit of the animal area.

This requires a hand soap pump (NEITHER hand sanitizer nor wipes are acceptable to Alberta Health), single use paper towels, garbage container, AND someone to ensure a CONSTANT supply of fresh WARM water, and removal of the grey water.

e.g. Stampede Party, Company Family Picnic, Christmas Celebration, Community Function, Customer Appreciation, OR is it a special Birthday Celebration (if it is, please include the child's name and age!)

If the set up area is NOT outside on grass (kindest for the animals), please indicate where you are wanting the FARM CORRAL to be set up. Indicate other features of the set up area such as shade availability etc.. Please note that our truck and trailer MUST have direct access to your set up site, so we are able to set up beside the truck and trailer. WHAT'S NEXT?

...within 48 hours of receipt of your FARM CORRAL Booking Request, we will email you a Booking Agreement.

You will need to check it through for accuracy and other important information, then sign it and email, fax, or mail it back to us, along with a site map.

PAYMENT INFORMATION...

We CANNOT hold your booking for you until your deposit of $240 is received. A minimum non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDITIONS:

CANCELLATION POLICY: Fees are not refundable. In the case of inclement weather at the time of the booking, you may reschedule without any loss of fees. If the event cannot be rescheduled or postponed, you will have a choice:
EITHER exchange the value of Booking Agreement for an equivalent value of Farm Guest Passes,
OR forfeit the 25% non-refundable portion of your fee and have the balance returned.

We do hereby acknowledge and agree that use of Butterfield Acres Programs/Animals is at my / our sole risk and liability; moreover, I / we hereby release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Butterfield Acres Inc., its agents, subcontractors and servants or employees for any and all actions, the causes of action, claims, liabilities and demand whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to or connected with our use without limitation.

I/We agree that any photos taken by Butterfield Acres Inc. employees and/or agents may be used for promotional purposes providing no names are used.
